Selected Illustrations

Illustration was my first and perpetual creative love, all the more so now with the extensive selection of digital tools available to us. The majority of the works I have highlighted here are part of an ongoing escapism series I started during the first frightening months of the pandemic; they are inspired by Slim Aarons glamorous photographic work depicting the upper echelons of high society and affluent jet-setting subjects. Though visually appealing, the lack of diversity in the images struck me, and I wanted to reimagine them with a modern, inclusive lense.
